Four commitments, and what each one costs us.
Anyone can list values. These four are specific enough to be broken, which is the only kind worth publishing.
Our commitments
Every price is published
All four, on the pricing page. It costs us the ability to charge more to whoever seems able to pay it. That ability is the thing you are afraid of, so giving it up is the point.
Nothing has a contract
Month to month everywhere, no notice period, no exit call. It costs us predictable revenue and means the work has to be worth renewing every thirty days.
We'll tell you not to buy
If a client is not worth enough to you for these numbers to work, we say so on the free call. It costs us the sale, regularly.
You keep everything
Ad accounts, Google Business Profile, target lists, content — created in your name and yours when you leave. It costs us the lock-in that keeps unhappy clients paying.
What's in, and what isn't.
Included
List building · outbound calling · call recordings · campaign build and management · ad copy and creative · conversion tracking · Google Business Profile · content and citations · reporting.
Not included
Your ad spend · website design and hosting · CRM licences · legal or tax advice · answering your phone · anything needing a login we are not given.
If what you need is in the second column, say so early. Sometimes we can point you at someone. Sometimes the honest answer is that it needs fixing before any of this is worth paying for.
Terms that come up
None of these appear in the reports. They come up on calls and it's easier to have them written down.
- Cost per lead
- Total spend divided by enquiries. Only useful next to what a job is worth to you.
- Cost per acquisition
- What it cost to get one paying client. The number that actually decides whether this works.
- Connect rate
- On outbound, the share of dials that reach a human. Everything downstream depends on it.
- Quality Score
- Google's rating of how relevant your ad and landing page are. Higher scores lower your cost per click.
- Local pack
- The map with three businesses on a local search. A separate competition from the blue links.
- NAP
- Name, address, phone. Must be identical everywhere online or local ranking suffers for no other reason.
