Rank without paying per click.

The one service here with no ad spend attached. You pay us, and nothing to Google — which is exactly why it is priced by ground covered instead of budget managed.

The first conversation is free

Forty-five minutes. If coaching won't help you, I'll say so and we're done.

No contract, ever

Month to month. Stop whenever. There is no term to buy out and no cancellation call.

Prices are on the website

You know what it costs before you speak to me. The number doesn't change based on how the call goes.

You keep everything

Pricing

Counted in towns, not dollars of spend.

A service area is one town, one city, or one distinct district of a large city. The work scales with how many of them you need to show up in.

The mechanic

Local search is two competitions, not one.

Most people see one page of Google results and assume it is one ranking. It is two, they work differently, and one of them is far easier to win.

The local pack

The map with three businesses in it. Driven by your Google Business Profile, how close you are to the person searching, your review volume and recency, and how consistent your business details are across the web. It takes the majority of clicks on a local search, and it is usually winnable in months rather than years — which is why it is the first thing we work on.

Organic results

The blue links beneath the map. Driven by what your website actually says, how well it is structured, and who links to it. Slower, more durable, and the only one of the two that can rank you in places you are not physically near.

A build that ignores either one leaves the majority of local traffic on the table. The order matters though: profile and proximity first, content and links second.

Google Business Profile

The most under-used asset most local businesses own

It is free, it takes the top of the page, and most profiles in Ontario have not been touched since the day they were claimed.

What we manage on it

Categories and services set properly, service areas drawn to match where you actually go, photos added on a schedule, Posts published, Q&A seeded and answered, and every review responded to — because response rate is a ranking input, not just manners.

What we can't do for you

We cannot invent reviews, and we would not. We cannot put a city in your business name — that is a guideline violation and profiles get suspended for it. And we cannot verify a location you do not operate from. The system is stricter than it used to be, and working inside it is the only durable option.

Timeline

What to expect, honestly

Month 1

Audit and the quick wins

Technical audit, Google Business Profile rebuilt properly, citations corrected, obvious on-page problems fixed. Profile changes can show movement inside this window.

Months 2–3

Foundations

Service and location pages written, internal linking structured, content calendar running. Rankings begin to move on lower-competition and longer-tail terms.

Months 4–6

Traction

Local pack positions improve for your nearer service areas. Organic traffic becomes a trend rather than noise, and the rank tracker starts telling a story.

Months 6–12

Compounding

Content and links accumulate. This is where SEO overtakes what the same money would have bought in clicks — and unlike the clicks, it keeps working.

Questions

Local SEO, answered

How long does local SEO take to work?
Google Business Profile improvements can move within weeks. Organic rankings for anything competitive take three to six months before the trend is clear, and longer to mature. Anyone quoting you thirty days is selling something they cannot deliver. The upside is that unlike ads, it does not stop the month you stop paying.
Why is SEO priced by service area instead of by ad budget?
Because there is no ad spend to scale against. With SEO the work scales with ground covered — every additional town means its own keyword set, its own content, its own citations and its own competitors to get past. Four areas is a focused local build; a province is a different job entirely.
What is the difference between the local pack and organic results?
The local pack is the map with three businesses in it, and it is driven mainly by your Google Business Profile, proximity to the searcher, and reviews. Organic is the blue links underneath, driven by your website's content and links. They are two separate competitions with two separate playbooks, and most small businesses can win the first one considerably faster.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No, and you should leave any conversation where someone does. Nobody controls Google's index. What we will do is publish what we are doing, track the rankings honestly including the ones going the wrong way, and tell you when a keyword is not worth chasing.

See where you rank right now.

We run your rankings and your Google Business Profile before the call, and show you what we find either way.
