Coaching for Kitchener–Waterloo owner-operators.
Tech-adjacent owners who over-engineer the systems and under-price the work. The stack is immaculate and the effective hourly rate is terrible.

That is the whole price list. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google or Meta from your own account — I never take a percentage of it and never mark it up.
The first conversation is free
Forty-five minutes. If coaching won't help you, I'll say so and we're done.
No contract, ever
Month to month. Stop whenever. There is no term to buy out and no cancellation call.
Prices are on the website
You know what it costs before you speak to me. The number doesn't change based on how the call goes.
You keep everything
Plans, documents, ad accounts, profiles — created in your name, yours when you leave.
And if you want the advertising run, here's what's different about Kitchener–Waterloo
Population 587,000 across the region (2021 census). The three things below are true of Kitchener–Waterloo and would be wrong about most other Ontario cities.
The naming problem is the local SEO problem
Customers search "Kitchener", "Waterloo", "Cambridge", "KW", "Waterloo Region" and "the tri-cities" to mean overlapping and sometimes identical things. Most local businesses pick one and lose the rest. A build that treats the region properly needs the business name and profile anchored to the actual municipality, service areas covering the others explicitly, and page content that uses the terms real people type rather than the official municipal boundaries. This is unglamorous and it is where the ranking comes from.
A tech workforce researches before it calls
The concentration of engineers, developers and university staff here produces a customer who reads the reviews, compares three quotes and checks whether your website explains what you actually do. That audience converts poorly to a thin landing page and well to a page that shows the work and states the price. It is one of the few Ontario markets where publishing your pricing is a competitive advantage rather than a risk — which is the whole thesis of this site.
Cambridge is treated as an afterthought, which is why it is cheap
Cambridge is a substantial city with its own downtown cores in Galt, Preston and Hespeler, and it is routinely folded into "KW" by advertisers who then never target it properly. The result is meaningfully lower competition on Cambridge terms for the same services. If you can serve it, it is usually the first service area we would add.
Service areas we build around.
In the SEO packages each of these counts as one service area. Core covers four, Plus covers eight, Enhanced covers the province.

Owners who are still in the work.
I'm not based in Kitchener–Waterloo. Daylight works with Ontario businesses remotely and there's no office here you can visit. I'd rather tell you on the page than on the call — a location page implying a storefront it doesn't have is the oldest trick in local SEO.
Coaching over video works identically wherever you are. For advertising, what matters is your profile and your address, not mine.
