Coaching for London owner-operators.
A lower cost base means problems hide for longer. You can run unprofitably here for years without it hurting enough to look, which is its own kind of trap.

The first conversation is free
Forty-five minutes. If coaching won't help you, I'll say so and we're done.
No contract, ever
Month to month. Stop whenever. There is no term to buy out and no cancellation call.
Prices are on the website
You know what it costs before you speak to me. The number doesn't change based on how the call goes.
You keep everything
Plans, documents, ad accounts, profiles — created in your name, yours when you leave.
And if you want the advertising run, here's what's different about London
Population 422,000 (2021 census). The three things below are true of London and would be wrong about most other Ontario cities.
The competition gap is the whole point
London has the search volume of a mid-sized city and, in a lot of service categories, a field of competitors who have not touched their Google Business Profile in three years. That is the most favourable position local SEO can be run from. It also means the honest recommendation here is more often SEO than ads — when the organic and map results are genuinely winnable, paying per click to sit above them is buying something you could have earned.
Two large student populations reset demand twice a year
Western and Fanshawe together move a very large number of people in and out on a fixed academic schedule. For moving companies, cleaners, storage, furniture, phone repair, food and rentals, that is a demand curve with hard peaks in late August and late April. Spending evenly across twelve months in those categories is a straightforward waste; front-loading the budget into the weeks that matter is not sophisticated, it is just paying attention.
London is the hub for a wide rural catchment
People drive in from St. Thomas, Strathroy, Ingersoll, Woodstock and the surrounding townships for services they cannot get locally. If you are a specialist — a particular medical service, a trade with real equipment, anything hard to find — your realistic market is considerably larger than the city, and the surrounding town names are cheap, low-competition search terms that most London advertisers ignore entirely.
Service areas we build around.
In the SEO packages each of these counts as one service area. Core covers four, Plus covers eight, Enhanced covers the province.

Owners who are still in the work.
I'm not based in London. Daylight works with Ontario businesses remotely and there's no office here you can visit. I'd rather tell you on the page than on the call — a location page implying a storefront it doesn't have is the oldest trick in local SEO.
Coaching over video works identically wherever you are. For advertising, what matters is your profile and your address, not mine.
