Coaching for Mississauga owner-operators.
Full of second-generation family businesses hitting succession. The founder still signs every cheque at seventy and nobody has said out loud what happens next.

The first conversation is free
Forty-five minutes. If coaching won't help you, I'll say so and we're done.
No contract, ever
Month to month. Stop whenever. There is no term to buy out and no cancellation call.
Prices are on the website
You know what it costs before you speak to me. The number doesn't change based on how the call goes.
You keep everything
Plans, documents, ad accounts, profiles — created in your name, yours when you leave.
And if you want the advertising run, here's what's different about Mississauga
Population 717,000 (2021 census). The three things below are true of Mississauga and would be wrong about most other Ontario cities.
There is no single downtown, so there is no single centre of gravity
Mississauga grew by amalgamating villages — Streetsville, Port Credit, Cooksville, Malton, Clarkson, Meadowvale — and it shows in how people search. Residents routinely search by their own former village name rather than "Mississauga", and those searches are far less contested. A page and a service area built around Port Credit or Streetsville will often rank and convert while a generic "Mississauga" page is still stuck behind three franchises and a directory.
Pearson makes this a logistics and B2B town, not just a bedroom community
The corridor around the airport is dense with warehousing, freight, light manufacturing and the trades that service them — commercial HVAC, industrial cleaning, fleet maintenance, electrical. That is B2B demand with long sales cycles and high job values, and it behaves nothing like consumer home services. On Google Ads it usually wants a search-only campaign with a tight keyword set and phone-call conversion tracking, not Performance Max scattering budget across Display.
It is a driving city, which widens the radius people will accept
Because almost everything here is reached by car, customers are far more willing to hire someone fifteen or twenty minutes away than they would be in a dense downtown. That means your realistic service area is bigger than your local pack radius, and the two need different tools: the map results get you the near work, and paid search gets you the rest of it.
Service areas we build around.
In the SEO packages each of these counts as one service area. Core covers four, Plus covers eight, Enhanced covers the province.

Owners who are still in the work.
I'm not based in Mississauga. Daylight works with Ontario businesses remotely and there's no office here you can visit. I'd rather tell you on the page than on the call — a location page implying a storefront it doesn't have is the oldest trick in local SEO.
Coaching over video works identically wherever you are. For advertising, what matters is your profile and your address, not mine.
