Or I can just run it.

Coaching is the main thing here. This is the part where, instead of explaining how Google Ads works for six weeks, I build it properly and you get on with your job.

Three services

Each one priced by something you control

Google Ads

People typing what you sell, right now. The highest-intent traffic there is and the easiest place to waste money. Fee set by your monthly ad budget, from $300.

Paid social

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. You're interrupting rather than answering, so the creative does the work. From $300.

Local SEO

The map pack and the blue links. No ad spend at all, so it's priced by how much ground you need covered. From $1,000.

The honest version

Most of you should not buy this yet.

Advertising multiplies whatever is already happening. If the pricing is wrong, ads sell more of the thing you lose money on, faster.

That's not a sales line, it's the most common reason a campaign fails and the owner concludes that "ads don't work for my business." The ads worked. They delivered enquiries into a business that couldn't profitably serve them, or quoted them badly, or never called them back.

So if you're here for the ads and you haven't got the numbers straight, I'll usually suggest the coaching first, or nothing at all for a month while you fix the quoting. It costs me the bigger invoice and it's still the right order to do things in.

Questions

The done-for-you side, answered

Why does a business coach run ad campaigns?
Because owners kept asking me to. Coaching someone through Google Ads for six weeks when I could build it properly in two days started to feel like a worse deal for them than for me. It is the same reason I know what I'm talking about in the coaching: I still do the work.
Do I get a discount if I do both?
No. Bundling would make both prices unreadable, and the whole point of publishing them is that you can check them. Coaching is $750 a month, ads start at $300 a month, and if you buy both you pay $1,050 a month plus your ad spend.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
Never, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. A percentage fee rewards your agency for talking you into spending more. A flat fee per bracket means once you're inside a bracket, I earn the same whether you spend at the bottom of it or the top.

Not sure which half you need?

That's what the free conversation is for. Forty-five minutes and I'll tell you which one is actually your problem.
