Paid social · Ontario

Ads where people are already scrolling.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, run properly for Ontario small businesses. Management starts at $300 a month, and the fee is set by the budget you are putting to work — not by how the sales call went.

That is the whole price list. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Google or Meta from your own account — I never take a percentage of it and never mark it up.

The first conversation is free

Forty-five minutes. If coaching won't help you, I'll say so and we're done.

No contract, ever

Month to month. Stop whenever. There is no term to buy out and no cancellation call.

Prices are on the website

You know what it costs before you speak to me. The number doesn't change based on how the call goes.

You keep everything

Plans, documents, ad accounts, profiles — created in your name, yours when you leave.

Pricing

Three brackets, published.

The feature lists below are nearly identical between tiers, because the work is nearly identical. What changes is how much money is under management and therefore how much time it takes.

The mechanic

You are interrupting, not answering.

Nobody opens Instagram looking for a roofer. That single fact separates paid social from search, and it decides how the campaign has to be built.

On Google, someone types what they want and you answer. Intent already exists; you are competing for the answer. On social, no intent exists yet — you are creating it in the two seconds before a thumb moves. Which means the creative is not decoration around the offer. The creative is the offer.

What that means practically

It means testing five pieces of creative rather than perfecting one. It means the first frame does more work than the caption. It means an offer specific enough to interrupt — a real price, a real before-and-after, a real problem named out loud — beats a brand statement every time. And it means a small budget spread thin across four platforms learns nothing; one platform, run properly, learns something you can use.

It also means paid social suits some businesses badly. If what you sell is only ever bought at the moment something breaks, search is the better tool and we will say so on the call rather than after the invoice.

Platforms

Four platforms, four different jobs

Facebook

The broadest reach and the most complete targeting data, and the platform where an older, higher-intent local audience actually is. Still the default first platform for most trades and home services in Ontario.

Instagram

Visual proof. Anything where the result is something you can see — detailing, renovation, dental, fitness, food — has an unfair advantage here, because the before-and-after is the ad.

TikTok

The cheapest reach available right now and the most demanding creative standard. Ads that look like ads are scrolled past. Works when you are willing to be filmed doing the actual work.

YouTube

Bought through Google, not Meta. Best for retargeting and for services that need explaining before anyone buys. Poor for impulse.

The first 90 days

What actually happens, and when

No campaign is profitable in week one. Here is the real sequence.

Week 1

Research and access

Competitor teardown, audience research, and access to your ad accounts — which stay in your name. Conversion tracking gets fixed before anything runs, because a campaign you cannot measure is a donation.

Weeks 2–3

Creative and launch

Copy and creative built, campaigns structured, first ads live. You approve before anything spends.

Weeks 4–8

Finding what lands

The learning phase. Meta needs roughly fifty conversions per ad set before delivery stabilises. Losing creative gets cut, winners get more budget. This is the part that feels slow and is not optional.

Weeks 9–12

Scaling and refreshing

Budget moves to what works, audiences expand from the winners, and creative gets refreshed before fatigue sets in — which on social happens faster than most people expect.

Questions

Paid social, answered

Does the management fee include the ad spend?
No, and nobody's does. You pay Meta or TikTok directly for the ads from your own account, and you pay us to run them. Keeping those separate is the point — it means you can see exactly what the media cost and exactly what the management cost, and you can leave with the account and its history if you ever want to.
What if my ad budget changes month to month?
The fee follows the bracket your budget is actually in. If you spend $800 one month and $12,000 the next, you move from Core to Enhanced and back. We do not backdate or true up — we look at what is under management and bill the bracket. No annual contract, so there is nothing to renegotiate.
Do you make the ad creative, or do I supply it?
Plus and Enhanced include creative design — static and short-form video cut from footage you provide or stock. Core does not; on Core we write the copy and build the campaigns using assets you already have. That is a real difference between the tiers and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
How long before paid social works?
Meta's learning phase needs roughly fifty conversions per ad set before delivery stabilises, so on a small budget the honest answer is six to eight weeks before the numbers mean anything. Anyone promising results in week one is describing spend, not results.

Ready to put the budget to work?

Twenty minutes. We look at your current ads before we speak and bring the gaps with us.
